StudyHero is an all-in-one university study companion for managing your semester, courses, assignments, projects, notes, calendar, GPA, attendance, todos, reminders, and focus sessions.

When reporting a technical problem, it helps to include:
- A short description of the problem
- Your StudyHero app version
- Your iPhone/iPad model
- Your iOS version
- A screenshot or screen recording if appropriate
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive authentication information.
StudyHero Premium subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through Apple.
If Premium does not appear after purchasing:
- Make sure you are signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Open StudyHero.
- Go to the Premium/paywall screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
If you still experience a problem, contact us at:
StudyHero subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed through your Apple Account.
On iPhone or iPad:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → StudyHero
From there, you can view or manage your subscription according to the options Apple provides.
Uninstalling StudyHero does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Where available and where you are eligible, StudyHero may offer a 14-day free trial with the yearly Premium subscription.
The subscription automatically renews at the price shown during purchase unless cancelled before renewal.
Eligibility and billing are managed through Apple's App Store.
If you previously purchased StudyHero Premium using the same Apple Account, use Restore Purchases inside StudyHero.
If an eligible entitlement exists, StudyHero should restore your Premium access.
You can initiate deletion of your StudyHero account from within the application.
Open:
StudyHero → Profile → Delete Account
Deleting an account permanently removes the StudyHero account and associated personal data except information that must be retained where required by law.
Important: deleting your StudyHero account does not necessarily cancel an App Store subscription. Manage the subscription separately through your Apple Account.
